When will my order be shipped?
Items typically ship within 3-5 business days .
I received a different product than ordered, how can this be fixed?
If the customer has been shipped a different item, the item received must be returned and we will send you the one you ordered. You must take a picture of the incorrect item.
How can I get a different size after my product has been delivered?
Humanity Unheard exchange policy lasts for 10 business days after the delivery date, excluding holidays. Items must be unworn and undamaged to be exchanged. Once the product passes inspection the desired product will be shipped. We may not have the desired size in stock. Customer is responsible for shipping rates.
How long does it take to get my order?
Order processing and pre-shipment could take 2-3 business days. Shipping could take up to 5 business days.
How long after I purchase my product can I ask for a refund?
A refund request can be submitted within 3 weeks after a purchase is made.
Who pays shipping cost if I refund after order doesn’t have free shipping?
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of return shipping is handled by the customer.
Do you accept online payments?

Yes, our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. Please notify us within 3 months of any defect.
This does not include blows, improper use, or other issues that are not cause by a manufacturer.

How much can I get refunded?
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.
